White mineral foundation type stuff that blends into all skin tones?

I remember seeing a commercial of this foundation that turns out white when you pump/squeeze it out, and it blends automatically with whatever skin tone you have.





Does anyone know which company and product this is?





Also, I know there is this one loose powder called Make Up Forever HD Microfinish Powder, which is of a similar substance.





Would anyone know of other companies and products that sell this sort of product, white mineral that blends into the skin?
