What is your favorite mineral foundation and why?

I have been using Bare Minerals for quite some time, and I am very satisfied with it. I think it makes my skin look soft, natural, and luminous.


However, I have heard a lot of people say that it's dry, cakey, and unnatural.





Have you used any mineral foundations that you liked better than Bare?





Please only answer if you've tried Bare Minerals as well as other brands of mineral foundation.What is your favorite mineral foundation and why?
I didn't like BM because it irritated my skin (Bismuth). Otherwise since I have oily skin, it did nothing for me except made my face look like an oil slick.





I prefer Alima or Everyday Minerals in Intensive or Matte.





Anyway you're lucky it works for you! But if you want Mineral Foundation without all the gimmicks and 25 dollar price tag, I'd go with those two.

bare minerals was horrible for me. it made me break out and my skin was very red and irritated. plus it was unnatural because you could see it %26amp; it didnt cover any of my imperfections.





i also tried sheer cover which was the same





dermatologists %26amp; a lot of other skin specialist ssay bare minerls is not good for you skin %26amp; it is not as good as they say it is on tv





i used to use loreal mineral foundation powder. %26amp; it actually made my skin look amazing. it cups in the cup jar thingy with the brush on top. it coverd everything and you couldnt tell i was wearing it





but now im using MAC and it cleared up my skin and i LOVE it
mineral make up foundation of Bloom's cosmetic. I like it cuz the color shade is beautifull and so the cheeks color too., smell nice of aromatherapy herbs and its melt with the face skin.





Note : about Bare mineral, it'd look cakey in the case u have extremely white skin, the overall look after used bare, the skin is very smooth and white, yes luminous but many western women expected to have the skin in peachy tone, not too white and abit orange brick. for the asian girls may find bare is great cuz it makes face white and smooth, gl贸ry luminous. so, if u prefer smooth, luminous white skin like japanese girls I'd recommend bare. but if u prefer healthy light brick skin tone u'd find bare is too cakey and too white, actually normal ppl face not all the time lumimous and smooth cuz we are sweat, face teh sun and dust etc. but when u usd bare, your still will be like abit cakey cuz it looks white and shine all day long no matter u passed a lot of pullution and that's what someone find it looks unnatural.
