Nutrogena is definitely the best if you can get it. The brush is built right in so it's super convenient and matches really well. They also have awesome cheek colors in the same type of package.What is the best drugstore mineral foundation in canada?
If you go to Shoppers Drug Mart, I'm pretty sure they stalk Loreal Paris' and Cover Girl's mineral foundations. They're both pretty good and (I think) both under $20.
